General Platform Role Disclaimer

WeMove All provides technology services that enable users to connect with independent service providers. WeMove All does not own, operate, manage, control, or provide transportation services, accommodation services, delivery services, retail sales, or financial services offered by third parties on the platform.

All service providers using the platform including bus companies, hotels, taxi drivers, motorcycle riders, delivery partners, shop owners, and merchants operate as independent businesses.

They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of WeMove All. Each service provider is solely responsible for the services they offer, their conduct, their employees, and their operations.

WeMove All does not supervise, manage, or control how services are performed by service providers. This includes transportation operations, hotel management, deliveries, product sales, merchant activities, or any other services offered through the platform.

The platform may allow transactions directly between users including payments, transfers, purchases, or service bookings. WeMove All only provides the digital infrastructure to facilitate these interactions and does not act as a buyer, seller, transporter, merchant, hotel operator, or delivery company.

WeMove All may facilitate digital payments between users and service providers. However, the platform does not act as a bank, financial institution, escrow service, or money transfer operator. Payments processed through the platform are intended to facilitate transactions between independent parties.

WeMove All does not guarantee the quality, safety, reliability, legality, or availability of any services provided by third parties on the platform. Any issues related to service quality must be addressed directly between the customer and the respective service provider.

WeMove All shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, deaths, property damage, theft, criminal activities, or other incidents that occur during or in connection with services provided by independent service providers including transportation services, hotel stays, deliveries, or merchant transactions.

Merchants and shop owners are solely responsible for the products they sell including product quality, authenticity, safety, legality, pricing, warranties, and delivery. WeMove All does not manufacture, store, inspect, or guarantee products listed on the platform.

Delivery partners and logistics providers using the platform operate independently and are responsible for the transportation, handling, and delivery of goods. WeMove All does not guarantee delivery timelines or the condition of goods delivered through third-party partners.

Any disputes arising between users and service providers including transportation issues, hotel reservations, delivery problems, product complaints, refund requests, or payment disagreements must be resolved directly between the parties involved. WeMove All may provide communication tools but does not act as a dispute resolution authority.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeMove All shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform or services provided by independent partners. This includes financial losses, service failures, personal injuries, property damage, or other claims related to transactions conducted through the platform.

All users, service providers, and merchants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WeMove All, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, legal costs, or losses arising from their activities, services, products, or interactions conducted through the platform.

WeMove All reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user, service provider, or merchant that violates platform rules, engages in fraud, causes harm to other users, or damages the reputation or security of the platform.

By using the WeMove All platform, all users, partners, and service providers acknowledge that WeMove All acts solely as a digital technology intermediary and not as a direct provider of transportation, accommodation, delivery, retail, or financial services.
